Our Story

Our company was founded by our current CEO, Warner Veltman, in 2017 in Milan. Warner has always held a strong conviction that interactive 3D is a disruptive technology with many possible real-world applications. The original focus of Virtuality was heavily on virtual reality and creating a unique experience that enables clients to explore products and environments in an totally immersive way. Our first clients came from the retail, manufacturing, logistics and real-estate industries.

Now, in 2025 the head quarters of Virtuality are in London and we are creating innovative solutions mostly in the luxury retail and real-estate space.

Meet the Team
Warner Veltman
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Warner founded Virtuality in 2017 after working at Ikea in the logistics department for 15 years. Within Virtuality, Warner focusses heavily on the technology design side of the business. Warner studied Business Management at the University of Twente.


Philip Kooijman
Chief Operating Officer
Philip worked for Accenture before starting numerous companies in the information technology, internet and outsourcing industries. Within Virtuality, Philip is responsible for operations, service delivery and operational excellence. Philip studied Business Information Technology at the University of Twente.
Romain Dezaux
Chief Commercial Officer
Romain has worked in the luxury retail industry for more than 20 years working for multiple brands within the LVMH group of companies. ​Within Virtuality, Romain focusses of business development and client relations.
